i made a investment to my friends company which is register with the brithsh virgin ilsand about 3 years ago. there were no contract except my wire instructions. he is now claim that i gave the money to the BVI company, since i nerver ask and he never told me how the compny was doing. he also told me that the staue of limitation to suit the company was only 2 years. can someone tell me the what is the statue of limitation to suit this BVI company is?
